About CashSheet

Running my own businesses, I’ve always needed to track my cashflow as far into the future as possible. I’ve tested out just about every app that claims to help do this, but I’ve always found my situation is too complex and cashflows too variable for any of them to be useful (I also wasn’t keen on connecting up my bank accounts or giving all my spending data to a software company!). Doing the tracking in excel has been the only thing that gives me the flexibility and control I need, but has been quite painful to do manually.

I spoke with a friend who is a software developer about the challenge I was having and we decided to work on building a solution together. My goal with CashSheet is to let anyone build a budget and model their cashflow into the future, whilst remaining fully in control of their data (your budget rules are only stored on your device, and are only used by our servers while we generate a cashsheet for download).
